"A girl should be two things:classy and fabulous."

Hey hey hey! Hope everyone's summer is going great!
I love this quote and so I just had to incorporate it into an outfit at some point in time.

I am wearing a denim dress from Mindy Mae's Market. If you click on the link below for it, it will show that it comes with long sleeves. I just cut the sleeves out because I want to be able to wear it in the summer and if I want to, I can put a shirt like that under the dress in the winter as well. I acessorized with a necklace from J Crew. They have the cutest necklaces! The little "clutch" is from Jadelynn Brooke. They don't sell it anymore, but check out their website cause they have so many cute things!

Enjoy!

Hey hey hey! So because of the message on the shirt I'm posting about today, I want to take a second to talk about how special each and everyone of you are. So many girls are always criticizing themselves and putting themselves down. So many girls are really self-conscious and don't have any self-confidence. So many girls would rather dull their "sparkle" rather than be themselves just to fit in. I want everyone reading this to know that what I just described is/was me. If I just described you, you need to know that I know exactly how you feel. For so many years I dulled my "sparkle" and looking back, I realize I shouldn't have. I should have been myself in every single situation. The moment I realized that and I started to just be myself was one of the best times. I encourage everyone to do that and let your light shine.

Today I am wearing a shirt from shein.com. I cannot find this exact shirt (even though I bought it only a couple of weeks ago), but go check out their website. They have a ton of cute things. I paired it with my pink skinnies (which are my absolute favorite). I accessorized with just a plain gold bangle. My shoes are from shopstevie.com and they are probably one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I just love them.

Enjoy!

Hey everyone! Hope everyone's summer is going fabulous. I am loving summer, I mean who doesn't? So for my outfit today, I decided to go a little bit bolder than what I usually do. For me, it is hard to mix and match colors because I like everything to match... perfectly. I am very OCD about colors in an outfit (and in general) matching, but I decided to give it a try, and I just loved it! I loved the bright colors that I incorporated and it definitely was bold. This combination was perfect. While I did enjoy going with bright and bolder colors and making more of a "statement," I will still stick to my color matching, but now I am not as afraid to pair different colors together. I highly recommend trying this at least once. You will get compliments on how much you look like a ray of sunshine ;).

I paired a bright blue and orange top with some lime green shorts and I used my (almost) hot pink purse. I was a little nervous, but I just went with it. I got my color matching fix done with the belt, shoes, bracelet. The shirt is from J Crew. It is from last summer, but there is a green one in stores now (I couldn't find it on their website, but I did see it in stores a couple days ago in the sale section). The shorts are from The Loft (I couldn't find the shorts either, but Loft has some really cute shorts). Other colors would work well too for this outfit like yellow or bright pink. The shoes and purse are from Kate Spade.

Enjoy!

Happy 4th of July! I just have to say how much I love this holiday. My family has some pretty great traditions for the 4th and so for us, today is a big deal. I am so grateful to live in this amazing country and I'm thankful for the freedoms we have.

Today, I finally tried wearing denim on denim. Not gonna lie, I've always been super skeptical of this (even though I've seen some super cute pics on Pinterest for this combination), but I decided to try it, and I love it! I mean I feel like there would only be some occasions that I could pull it off, but today is one of those days. I also wore converse, so I thought, "Denim and converse. What is more American than that?" It actually turned out pretty cute so I may have to try it out more often. I acessorized with a red headband, red bow bracelet, and a pearl bracelet. Whenever I wear a headband, I have to match the headband with the shoes, but today, I tied in the red headband with the bow bracelet and the white converse with the pearl bracelet.

Hope everyone has a great holiday!
