Spring Break 2016-Paris-Day 7
Bonjour! Paris gets more and more amazing the more time you spend there. It just makes my heart sing. On Day 7, I got the opportunity to go to Giverny and see Claude Monet's house and garden. We went the first day it was open for the season, so everything wasn't as in bloom as it would be, but it was still mesmerizing. I love adventuring to little towns and Giverny was the cutest place. They had adorable shops and boutiques and it was just amazing. When we got back to Paris, I wanted to try a new macaron place so we headed over to Pierre Herme. These macarons were delicious! Well, all the macarons I tried in Paris were delicious. We then headed over to a crepe place I found on Pinterest. Originally, I just wanted to go for a cute photo opportunity, but these crepes turned out to be the most magnificent crepes I have EVER tasted! The ice cream was also the best ice cream I have eaten. I definitely recommend this place. After that, we went to Galeries Lafayette which is a HUGE department store in Paris. Then, we walked from there to the lock bridge and from there we went on the night time tour of Paris. It was the same tour that we did our first day in Paris, but this time, we got to see Paris at night. All I can say is... I love Paris.
In the morning, it was raining so I wore my yellow raincoat and my black Hunter rain boots. I also wore a black and white striped shirt with a chambray shirttail with jeans. (I bought this last year so I can't find it online. :/ )
Enjoy!
